VERY BAD SERVICE!!! For low quality hair...the girls here are really no help and seem as though they don't really care or want to work. They don't want customers who ask questions just the fast in and out customers..but if I'm spending my money, I'm checking the hair and asking questions. PLEASE CHECK the length before you pay because MARGO will have you pay for a shorter hair(she put a "14 hair in the bag and not the "18 hair I told her I wanted) the cashier was very adamant that it was the 18-in and not actually a 14-in. I had to flip the white card over to show her. VERY Unethical and it shows the integrity of the business.but can you imagine how many people they have done this to.,DONT EMAIL ANDY BECAUSE SHE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

I love it here. Alex who is one of the workers was very sweet, polite and understanding. She answered all of my questions. The hair, is great quality, I love it. It last me a very long time. I bought two packs of clip on human hair extensions. I have dyed them 4 TIMES NOW and the hair WILL NOT LIFT ! Smh I am so frustrated cause at this point I should just dye my hair black. (Which I will not do cause I will look pale af). I am so upset with this situation, I have spent more money on hair dye than I did on the hair ! It’s ridiculous. Also I don’t even think I needed two packs of hair. I honestly wish I just would’ve gotten hair on Amazon that already came the color I needed it to be. The light hair on the side is the color I want it to be. Clearly the hair did not lift at all and this is the 4TH TIME IM DYING IT with 30 developer. I’m afraid to keep dying it because I don’t want the extensions to get messed up.
